| コメント | 路線バスを描いた作品を数多く制作していきた梅田。バスの持つフォルムや色彩、乗り物として身近でダイナミックな魅力にただただ引き寄せられる内面が伝わってくるよう。バスが規則的に並ぶ部分とサイズがまちまちに描かれた部分との組み合わせも良いリズムを生んでいる。平成21年度には、鉛筆で精緻にいくつもの路線バスを描きそれをキャンバスに配置した作品で、鳥取県障がい者アート芸術文化祭作品展最優秀賞を受賞している。（水田美世） |
| comment | Umeda has made many works focusing on bus routes. The simple appeal of the color and shape of each bus is evident in his work. The various sizes of the buses and the way they are lined up create a nice rhythm in this piece. In 2009, he won the Grand Prize at the “Tottori Prefecture Art and Culture Festival for Disabled Artists ."The prize-winning work depicted several detailed bus routes drawn in pencil on canvas.
